As i was hoping to use more than one of these generators in my final, i wanted to make my personal design slightly more complex so using the pen tool i drew a rough outline then used the Lathe tool to create a complete circumference of the model, creating what looked like a a sort of figure of 8. Hoth Shield Generator
Next up i wanted to create a non moving model that could become part of the scenery. The scene i had chosen was going to be the snowy Hoth area of star wars. Shown below is a basic idea of what i wanted to create.
